At Boss Aluminium, we build gear for people who genuinely put it to the test — and it doesn’t get much tougher than the Australian outback. That’s why we’re proud to officially welcome All 4 Adventure as Boss Aluminium brand ambassadors.
Known across Australia for their no-nonsense approach to 4WD touring, recovery, and remote exploration, Jase, Simon and Mitch from All 4 Adventure represent exactly what Boss Aluminium stands for: durability, functionality, and real-world performance.
As part of this partnership, our team worked closely with the All 4 Adventure crew to design and build custom aluminium tray and canopy setups tailored specifically to their needs.
These weren’t display builds — they were designed to:
Handle extreme off-road conditions
Carry serious touring and recovery gear
Provide practical storage and access in remote locations
Stand up to constant use, vibration, dust, and weather
Every tray and canopy was Australian-made, engineered for strength, and finished with the level of detail Boss Aluminium is known for.
Jase’s LC300 build is a purpose-built, ultimate touring and overlanding machine, centered around a rugged Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series platform engineered for real expedition life. At the heart of the build sits a custom Boss Aluminium tray and canopy setup, designed and fabricated in-house for durability, maximum storage efficiency, and proven performance under load. The canopy and tray provide secure, weather-resistant storage for all essential gear — from recovery equipment to food, tools and accessories — while allowing easy access and organization on the trail.
Mounted perfectly to the chassis, this setup enhances the vehicle’s capability without adding unnecessary weight, and complements the LC300’s robust suspension and drivetrain upgrades that make it equally at home on remote tracks or long-distance touring. Combined, Jase’s build reflects a balance of strength, practicality and expedition-ready functionality — a rig built to tackle the toughest terrain Australia can throw at it.
Boss Aluminium brought new life to Mitch’s D-Max with a comprehensive rebuild and expedition-ready fit-out tailored for rugged 4WD touring and everyday reliability. Starting with a solid Isuzu D-Max platform, the Boss Aluminium team engineered and fabricated a custom tray and canopy solution that transforms the ute into a highly functional adventure vehicle — providing secure, weatherproof storage for tools, recovery gear, camping essentials and more.
The rebuild paid special attention to strength and practicality, ensuring all components are built to withstand frequent off-road use and the challenges of remote terrain while keeping gear organised and easily accessible. With Mitch behind the wheel of this refreshed and purpose-built rig, the combination of Boss Aluminium’s craftsmanship and smart design makes it ready for anything the Australian bush can throw at it — from sandy tracks to creek crossings and long-distance touring.
Simon’s latest Isuzu D-Max build showcases a purpose-built, adventure-ready platform that’s been fully kitted for touring, remote exploration and daily reliability — starting with a tough and intelligently designed Boss Aluminium tray and canopy solution tailored to his needs.
This build prioritizes robust storage, organization and weatherproof protection, giving Simon quick access to recovery gear, tools and essentials for long runs off the beaten track. The canopy and tray work in harmony with other key upgrades to ensure the truck carries gear securely while maintaining balance and capability on rough terrain. Built for real-world performance and endurance, this D-Max reflects Simon’s commitment to capability and practicality, combining Boss Aluminium’s high-quality fabrication with a setup that’s ready for the demands of filming deep in Australia’s most challenging conditions.
