The ORI Silverado 1500 GVM Upgrade Package is a high-quality, federally approved enhancement engineered to increase the Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) and payload capacity of the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 — including LTZ and ZR2 variants — without compromising ride quality or compliance.

Designed for Australian conditions and ADR compliance, this ORI GVM package is ideal for owners fitting heavy-duty accessories such as Boss Aluminium trays, canopies, service bodies, toolboxes and touring gear, where factory GVM limits can quickly be exceeded.

Note: The prices listed above do not include post-rego engineering fee or freight. Stage 4 and 5 packages require load-rated wheels and tyres, which are an additional cost.

GVM Package Stages Explained

Stage 1 – 3650 kg GVM

Purpose: Entry-level payload increase and basic performance suspension.
Best For: Everyday touring, light gear, minimal travel setups.

Stage 2 – 3650 kg GVM

Purpose: Payload increase while retaining more of the factory ride.
Best For: ZR2 owners wanting to keep the factory multimatic suspension tuning.

Includes:

• Factory Multimatic suspension retained

• BDS upper control arms upgrade

• Peak Suspension leveling kit (approx 1.75″)

• ORI 200 kg leaf packs
